Aycliffe Village Primary School receives employer award for exceptional support and mentoring of apprentice.

Aycliffe Village Primary’s Advanced Teaching Assistant apprentice, Kyler Gray has been fortunate to be mentored and supported during her training by Headmaster Jed Gargan and classroom teacher Penny Johnson.

Aycliffe Village Primary receives employer award for exceptional support and mentoring of apprentice.

Aycliffe Village Primary’s Advanced Teaching Assistant apprentice, Kyler Gray has been fortunate to be mentored and supported during her training by Headmaster Jed Gargan and classroom teacher Penny Johnson.  Mrs Johnson, a highly experienced mentor, has worked closely with Kyler to ensure she was given excellent opportunities to develop her classroom practice.   Working closely together has allowed Mrs Johnson to provide valuable feedback that has greatly assisted Kyler’s development.  Such a strong mentoring relationship has enabled Kyler to become a highly competent and capable teaching assistant.
