Help Desk/Technical Support - Hartlepool

A Hartlepool school have a vacancy which would be an ideal opportunity for a learner with an interest in gaining the experience necessary for an IT Practitioner/Professional Apprenticeship.  Duties include staffing a help desk, providing technical support and related tasks.  Prior experience is not necessary as full training will be provided throughout.
