Apprenticeships - IT Practitioner / Professional

New ways of working and changing technologies in the 21st century office continue to drive the demand for business management, systems operation, networking, programming and software development skills and is consequently motivating young people towards Apprenticeships in the ICT sector. If you work for a company with a high level of day-to-day ICT involvement, you can utilise your existing skills whilst developing additional skills and expertise. Employers who invest in training for their staff remain competitive, cost effective and productive gaining maximum benefit from all involved in their business.

An Apprenticeship in IT Practitioner / Professional is suitable for those who work in an ICT support / maintenance / troubleshooting capacity. An Advanced Apprenticeship in IT Practitioner / Professional is suitable for those whose day-to-day responsibilities include ICT support / maintenance / troubleshooting whilst having responsibility for teams and individual colleagues. There are no formal entry requirements as all applicants for Apprenticeships are assessed individually.
