Equality and Diversity

The Equality Act 2010 will come into effect gradually over the next two years replacing existing codes of practice for gender, race and disability.  All employers have a part to play in promoting the principles of equality and diversity, to ensure everyone has the right to be treated in a good and fair way, be given the same chances to learn new skills to compete in the job market and reflect the diversity in our local communities.
