Learners Our learners will find all relevant documentation conveniently loaded onto the memory stick issued during induction.  Customer Complaints Our Customer Complaints procedure will, in general, deal with outside agencies such as employers, parents or commercial clients.  All complaints will be dealt with promptly, fairly and proportionately.

ITEC North East recognises the importance of good communication to deal with any learner or employer issues as quickly and as efficiently as possible, not only to address these areas, but also to give us the opportunity to change systems and policies for an improved service to our clients.

If you have a concern or are dissatisfied with any particular aspect of the service/training we provide please raise the matter immediately with the appropriate member of staff.

Learners should initially discuss any concerns with their Teaching & Learning Consultant or where relevant the Director of Operations.
Customers/Employers should contact the Director of Business Development. ITEC North East has a stringent complaints procedure and appropriate documentation, which we happily make readily available.
