This specific job role is to provide Administrative support to Operations Manager, Commercial Manager, Project Managers and Site Staff

• Timesheet input (field staff manual timesheets) – Every Monday
• Produce letters for customers and arrange for the delivery of them
• Franking all mail and ensuring that it is sent in a timely manner
• General filing and photocopying as required by other staff
• Tool Box Talk logging
• Ordering Job packs and sending to contractors by email and mail
• Corrective Action (done through audit process) close out as advised by PM’s and Fd Mgrs
• Vehicle list updates
• Org chart amendments and keeping statutory notices up to date on display boards
• Minute taking for review meetings
• Stationery Orders
• Streetwork Notices assisting staff in collating all applications
• Anything else ad hoc or duties within their area of responsibility
