Administration Responsibilities:

– Answering the main line and taking messages and any initial enquiries from the caller
– Updating CRM and external job boards
– Formatting CV’s into Imperial format
– Compiling management information around specific recruitment projects
– Creating a paper and electronic trail of all job opportunities
– Filing and any other ad-hoc administration responsibility including temporary workers’ compliance
– Office housekeeping
– Printer maintenance
– Office presentation
– Tea/Coffee replenishing for staff and guests
– Sales and Marketing Responsibilities:

– Market and business analysis
– Compiling spreadsheets for specific marketing
– Creation of mailers and strategic e-shots and hard copy mailers
– Initial warm calling and conducting fact finding calls (after 6 months)
– Territory mapping
– Recruitment Specific Responsibilities:

– Advert creation
– Dissecting job specifications and creating search maps for each vacancy
– Application management
– Screening candidate’s vs job specification
– Sourcing candidates through various job platforms
– Candidate database building in core business areas
