The successful candidate will be responsible for the following areas:

Liaising between the branches and head office.
Keeping files up to date as well as general filing.
Data entry and processing.
Using computer systems to look at stock levels.
Dealing with enquiries over the phone.
Office stationary, ordering and inventory control.
General Office duties.

The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, confident and have strong organisation and communication skills along with a can do attitude towards work. You will have the ability to work to deadlines and be able to prioritise your workload effectively.
