Vacancy Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Assisting with National Accounts team with all administrative duties.
  • Complete all necessary paperwork as requested.
  • Answering internal and external calls for the National Accounts Team.
  • Liaising with External Sale and producing contracts.
  • Inputting information/contracts on to the company database.
  • General filing.
  • General admin including faxing and emailing.

Desired Skills:

  • Excellent telephone manner.
  • Good computer skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Able to work in a team and encourage a supportive family atmosphere.

  • Looking for someone who is hard working, reliable and willing to learn.
  • You must be passionate about providing the best customer service, always maintain a positive and enthusiastic attitude and be honest and open with both customers and colleagues at all times.

Working week:

Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm, total of 37.5 hours per week.

Weekly wage:

£131.25
