  • Medication stock count/date check.
  • Dealing with customer enquiries.
  • Answering the phones.
  • Responding to queries.
  • Prescription processing/labelling.
  • Delivering high standards of customer services, face to face, over the phone and online.
  • Medication ordering and receipt.
  • Contacting patients.
  • Prescription filing.
  • Medication packaging.

Working week:
