Customer Service Apprenticeship
Brief overview of the role:
This company is looking for an apprentice to carry out a general customer service apprenticeship role on a daily basis.
- Carrying out general office work.
- Answering phones.
- Processing orders to Sage Line 50.
- dealing with customers face to face over our Trade Counter.
- You must be computer literate and must have a friendly manner.
- Computer literate.
- Communication skills.
- Telephone manner.
- Hard working.
- Works well with others.
- GCSE’s or equivalent qualifications C or above in Maths and English.
Monday – Friday 35 hours per week.
