Brief overview of the role:

This company is looking for an apprentice to carry out a general customer service apprenticeship role on a daily basis.

Vacancy Description:

  • Carrying out general office work.
  • Answering phones.
  • Processing orders to Sage Line 50.
  • dealing with customers face to face over our Trade Counter.
  • You must be computer literate and must have a friendly manner.

Qualifications Required:

  • GCSE’s or equivalent qualifications C or above in Maths and English.

Working Week:

Monday – Friday 35 hours per week.
