Key responsibilities

  • Identification of potential clients via sales calls to understand their requirements
  • Utilising email marketing to generate new business
  • Maintaining accurate records of client interactions
  • Use of Microsoft office packages to create documentation
  • Sourcing for candidates using internal database and external job boards
  • Maintain accurate records of candidate interaction and ensuring related documentation is completed
  • Assisting with marketing campaigns through mail campaigns and social media

Person Specification

  • Confident, friendly and outgoing personality
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Success driven and highly motivated
  • Interested in career progression within a B2B market
  • Good IT skills with knowledge of Microsoft office packages

This is a fantastic opportunity for the right person to join a vibrant and progressive brand, and receive in-depth training and acquire extensive industry knowledge. This is very much a long-term career opportunity, with the view that the successful candidate will be offered a full-time permanent position, with promotion to Recruitment Consultant following successful completion of the apprenticeship. Hours of work will be Monday-Thursday 9am-5pm, and Friday 9am-3pm.
