Transport Service Advisor


The role includes:

  • Working within our transport department in a busy, fast paced environment
  • Liaising with couriers and providing tracking information to our customers
  • Order processing
  • Completing daily delivery reports from several of our deports, including delivery exception reports
  • Calls, Live Chat and Emails


The successful candidate will have:

  • A high level of English, both vocal and written
  • An excellent telephone manner
  • Strong customer handling/ consultative approach
  • Ability to adapt as we continue to experience unprecedented growth and progression in all areas

Job Details

  • 42.5 hours over 5 days, plus one Saturday in four.
