With great pleasure, I would like to announce that one of our Business Administrator Apprentices, Katherine has recently completed her End Point Assessment with fantastic results.
Speaking on Katherine’s achievement, her tutor said, “Katherine has been working hard throughout difficult times to prepare for her End Point Assessment and it has been wonderful working with Katherine to ensure she completed her Business Administrator Apprenticeship. Katherine has a strong work ethic and applies attention to detail in everything she does, which resulted in her achieving a high quality standard. It has been lovely to see Katherine grow in her job role and develop the knowledge, skills and behaviours to achieve her successful End Point Assessment. I am very proud of how far Katherine has come in such a short space of time and everything that she has achieved. I would like to wish Katherine all the best for her future.”
Toni Stratton of Lane Systems Ltd, the company where Katherine did her apprenticeship had this to say about her journey as an apprentice, “I know it sounds like a cliché to say that Katherine has been a real asset to the team, but she has. While undergoing her apprenticeship, she has also embraced other external training opportunities linked to her role, despite having to balance a challenging home life and personal health issues. And like a lot of young people, she often doubts herself but she is fully capable. 2020 has been a difficult year for many businesses, so we were very pleased to be in a position where we can offer Katherine a full-time permanent contract. Well done Katherine.”
Katherine commented that, “Since being at ITEC and having Kirsty as my tutor, I have learned a lot about being a Business Administrator and the Apprenticeship really helped me to understand everything. I’m glad that I can now put all my knowledge to use for the position at Lane Systems Ltd that I have been offered full time and I can’t wait to learn more.”
