Brief overview of the role
As Business Administration Assistant you will provide an efficient and effective clerical and administration support service to a designated team in accordance with policies and procedures.
Vacancy description
Duties will include:
- Entering booking details onto the admin system
- Sending paperwork to the customer via email
- Sending agent confirmation paperwork to the directors
- Answering the telephone and passing on messages
- Sending emails and faxes
- Photocopying
- Scanning documents
