We are looking for a reliable hardworking individual, to work in a small family run business in a busy office environment. The apprentice will work closely with the office manager and have the opportunity for personal development.

We are looking for an administrator to organise and coordinate office operations and procedures. In order to improve office effectiveness and efficiency of the business

Duties include

  • Answering the telephone
  • Taking messages
  • Reception duties
  • Answering general emails
  • Scheduling appointments
  • Office administration duties (which will include) – Typing welcome letters to new clients
  • Dealing with incoming and outgoing post correspondence
  • Filing
  • Assisting office manager on daily duties

Desired skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft office

Desired qualifications

Minimum of 3 GCSEs (or equivalent), including English and maths.

Training to be provided

  • Level 3 Business Administrator standard
