We are looking for a Business Administration Apprentice to join our successful team. For the right person, there is the opportunity to secure full-time employment and progress to higher level qualifications. The vacancy will be split between our 2 centres in Low Fell and Ponteland.

Vacancy description

Role will include the following main areas:

  • Provide day to day administrative support, including photocopying, sending emails and checking relevant in-boxes, filing, message-taking, sorting and distributing
  • Be the face of Kelly’s Heroes Private Tuition based at Reception, meeting and greeting our clients and visitors, with professionalism and communicate effectively with the relevant department
  • Carry out mail exercises and prepare welcome packs
  • Effectively use Microsoft office applications, including Word and Excel
  • Schedule meetings
  • Carry out regular stock takes
  • Provide administrative support as required
  • Sort and distribute incoming and outgoing post
  • Order and distribute stationary

Training to be provided

Level 3 Business Administration apprenticeship standard, which includes:

  • Level 2 Functional Skills in Maths and English (if required)
  • End-Point Assessment (EPA)
