Our client is looking for someone who is looking to make a career for themselves. You will be working within a busy office carrying out all aspects of administration and customer services

Vacancy description

Duties to include:

  • Managing staff appointments
  • Setting up meetings and taking minutes
  • Making travel arrangements for staff.
  • Dealing with post
  • Reception duties such as greeting and looking after visitors
  • Filing
  • Preparing documents by typing, copying, scanning and faxing
  • Supporting team members with any other administrative tasks that are required
  • Covering other duties requested by your line manager
  • Assisting a project team with administration tasks
  • Logging and filing documents
