As Technical Administration Assistant you will provide an efficient and effective clerical and administration support service to a designated team in accordance with policies and procedures.

Vacancy description

  • Checking and verification of repair estimates
  • Issuing purchase orders to depot suppliers
  • Updating tank testing documentation
  • Updating and filing all depot supplier purchase orders
  • Filing all tank container test certification
  • Ensuring that PO’s are issued in conjunction with agreed depot tariffs

Training to be provided

Level 3 Business Administrator apprenticeship standard which includes:

  • Level 2 Functional Skills in maths and English (if required)
  • End-Point Assessment (EPA)
