Brief overview of the role

We are looking for an apprentice to support our business, offering communications to the customers both existing and new, along with supporting the work of current employees. The role will involve admin tasks such as using Microsoft Office, answering calls and emails and customer service.

You will be a proactive person wanting a career in the property industry.

You will be, friendly, professional and organised with a willingness to learn and be part of a team in our estate agency office.

You will be able to answer and make calls, be comfortable send emails and writing letters and talking to clients.

You will arrange marketing on properties and manage the existing tenancies and liaise with the tenants, contractors, council and landlords to ensure that we have the best service for all parties at all times.
