Brief overview of the role

We are seeking to recruit a Business Administrator Apprentice to work at our Coulby Newham office. For the right person, there is the opportunity to secure full time employment and progress to higher level qualifications.

Vacancy description

Your training and work will consist of:

  • Answering the telephone
  • Taking payments
  • Making meeting room bookings
  • Taking copies of identity documents
  • Dealing with incoming and outgoing post
  • Ordering stationery
  • Opening and closing files and processing requests for documents

  • Good communication skills
  • Good understanding of Microsoft packages

Desired qualifications

  • GCSE in maths and English at grades 9-4 / A*-C (or equivalent)

Training to be provided

Level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship Standard which includes:

  • Level 2 Functional Skills in maths and English (if required)
  • End-Point Assessment (EPA)

Via your ITEC tutor and on-the-job training, you’ll get the opportunity to learn:

15 months
