Vacancy Description:

One of our Newton Aycliffe clients have presented us with the opportunity to help them employ a new Office Administrator Apprentice. The job duties of an Office Administrator Apprenticeship will consist off :

  • Contacting hauliers by e mail to obtain competitive haulage price
  • Organising collection and delivery of goods
  • Inputting data into the companies cloud and server-based databases
  • Writing job task manuals
  • Inputting purchase orders, entering bills and invoicing customers utilising Quick Books software
  • Auditing stock levels electronically
  • Generating monthly legislative reports
  • Maintain filing systems
  • Scanning documents Handle requests for information and data
  • Resolve administrative problems and inquiries
  • Manage and prepare emails
  • Company website and advertising updates
  • Arranging meetings and producing minutes

Other duties and responsibilities:

  • Undertake a development programme leading to a National Vocational Qualification as part of an apprenticeship
  • To undertake other duties commensurate to the grade of the post
  • Use information technology systems to carry out duties in the most efficient and effective manner
