  • Answering the phone and dealing with in office enquiries
  • Gathering customer information and requirements both face to face and over the phone
  • Booking in viewings
  • Conducting property viewings
  • Negotiating offers with tenants and landlords.
  • Providing administration support to full time members of staff throughout the company.
