Despite the challenges brought about by the COVID pandemic, which continued to disrupt training throughout 2021, our learners and staff have worked tirelessly to succeed and now it’s time to celebrate!

12 learners on our Business Administrator apprenticeship started training at the height of COVID restrictions. Our tutor Debbie Dargue transitioned all classroom (off the job) training quickly to virtual environments with monthly one to one visits held via Zoom.

The ITEC Team were conscious that regular communication was key to ensure that learners felt supported, and any worries or concerns could be addressed as soon as possible. Zoom, telephone calls, emails, google chat were methods embraced by Debbie, her learners, and our fantastic employers.

Well the results speak for themselves – all 12 apprentices achieved Level 3 Business Administrator Standard as timely achievements (12-15 months), furthermore 9 apprentices gained distinction grades at End Point Assessment!

A very well done to Debbie, her learners and their employers for an excellent outcome in the most difficult of circumstances.
