Youth Employment Initiative (YEI)

The Youth Employment Initiative (YEI) is an ESF programme that aims to support unemployed individuals between the ages of 15 and 29 into employment or training. This support is tailored to the needs of every individual and can be accessed completely free of charge. The two support programmes that are part of our Youth Employment Initiative are Pathways and Routeways.

Designed in partnership with local employers we offer employment in priority sectors. Specific training is also available in areas in which you can find employment.

As part of the programme, we can also purchase items essential to achieving employment. This can include interview clothes, travel expenses and accredited training qualifications necessary to help you achieve your employment goals
